-
No. Practices and Immersions are designed to be accessible to a range of experience levels. Options, modifications, and variations are always offered so students can work at an appropriate depth for their body and experience.
-
The Elemental Immersions are extended, in-person experiences that explore the five elements through embodied practice, movement, breath, stillness, and guided inquiry. Each immersion weaves together yoga, somatic awareness, anatomy-informed movement, and elemental philosophy to support both physical and inner resilience.
Rather than a traditional workshop or lecture, these sessions offer a spacious, experiential environment to deepen self-awareness, refine practice, and explore how elemental qualities show up in the body, mind, and daily life. Each immersion stands alone, while also forming part of a broader, year-long curriculum.
-
The Practices are specialty themed classes that make up my ongoing curriculum through the year. Each practice explores a specific yogic or philosophical framework — such as the Gunas, the Koshas, or other foundational teachings — and translates these concepts into embodied experience through movement, breath, stillness, and reflection.
These classes are designed to be accessible, repeatable, and progressive, allowing students to deepen understanding over time while building consistency and continuity in their practice.
-
Yes, but at this stage, I only offer 1:1 yoga and mentoring online. In the future, I hope to offer an online format to my workshops and events.

These offerings are educational and practice-based, not clinical therapy. While the work can be deeply supportive and reflective, it is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Those seeking therapeutic support are encouraged to book a 1:1 consultation.

You’re always welcome and encouraged to work within your capacity. Modifications are offered, and practices are guided with longevity and self-awareness in mind. If you’re unsure, please reach out for a private chat so we can clarify what is most suitable for you.
-
You’re welcome to attend individual sessions. While the curriculum is designed to build progressively across the year, each Practice and Immersion is also complete in itself.
-
Yes. This work is grounded in practical frameworks and embodied experience, and you’re not expected to adopt any philosophies that don’t feel right for you. You’re welcome to engage with the material in a way that feels relevant, meaningful, and supportive to your way of life.

‘I’ve really enjoyed this weekend series. It’s been super cool to learn more about yoga on a deeper level, other than poses and shapes. Looking forward to see what’s next! Thank you Jess’
